Have a great time with family and friends at the Imprimerie du Légué. Old printing firm that we transformed into a spacious Loft with private terrasse, Jacuzzi and summer kitchen. We are just starting our Airbnb adventure, the Loft is already very comfortable but there are still improvements and renovations to come during 2022. We tried to set a light pricing as a consequence. :) Our loft is an atypical place to stay. It is the old Printing House of the Légué (the port of Saint Brieuc) - which we have bought at the same time as our house. We renovated it in a garage / industrial style. The strong points : - 120 square meters - fully on one level - Autonomous access via digicodes - Private landscaped terrasse - High end spa for 5 to 6 people (usable all year long) - 4K home theater with 5.1 sound system - Fiber optic with great wifi signal We have kept as an heritage some parts of the old printing house (from the 50s to the 70s), such as the old heat system (decorative) the sink, the concrete floors and walls. You'll feel the special atmosphere :)
The loft is located near the "port du légué", the most demanded area of Saint Brieuc. Our street is calm, residential, only single houses. 200 meters down our street you arrive on the "port du légué", where you will find about 20 restaurants and bars, some very nice ones. There are also a post office, a pharmacy, some bakeries and other small shops. There is also a small market on thursday mornings. You will enjoy going for a walk on the docks of the port, admiring on one side the pleasure boats and on the other, the old buildings renovated by the city a few years ago. Up our street, you arrive after a few minutes walk, to the town center of Saint Brieuc, with its big market on wednesdays and saturdays from 8AM to 1PM. For those who like walks in the nature, you will have access to a nice path under the woods along a beautiful river, accessible just 30 meters from our property.
