Charming and fully renovated studio located in Chamonix South on the 4th floor of a quiet building. Ideal location at the foot of the Aiguille du Midi cable car, the view of Mont Blanc is exceptional! Close to buses, and restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corner. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of storage space, TV + NETFLIX, WIFI, kitchen, comfortable bedding and sofa bed. Underground parking available and a cellar for storing skis/luggage. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 in the flat, which is perfect for the small family on a weekend or mountain holiday. It is possible to cook for 4 and enjoy a meal around a small table without having to go out every night. The kitchen is equipped with a small microwave oven, 2 hotplates, fridge and dishwasher. There is a balcony with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc and its Aiguilles. We ask for a deposit of 200€ (cash or cheque) on arrival, which is returned on departure if everything is in order in the flat.
