There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

Check-in is guaranteed from 16:00 to 20:00.

After 20:00, check-in is subject to validation, except during the congress periods and summer.

Guests can choose between physical check-in and self-check-in, and are asked to communicate their preference in advance.

In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that physical check-in after 20:00 will incur an additional cost of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and summer.

For self-check-in, a key box is available.

Departures are until 11am at the latest.

The deposit requested is 1000€.

You may be asked to provide a copy of your ID before your arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is non-smoking.

Please dispose of your garbage before leaving the premises and leave the kitchen area clean. If not, a bail will be withheld.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
