This sunny apartment located on the 4th floor offers easy access to the center of the resort, a beautiful view from the windows and a direct departure for skiing on the slopes. It is composed of 2 rooms (bedroom and living room) for a space of 30 m2. It is ideally suited for a couple or a couple with 1-2 children (not suitable for 4 adults). The apartment is arranged as follows: Entrance, bedroom with a double bed, bunk beds in the hallway, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen (electric hob, fridge, dishwasher) open to the living room furnished with a dining table and a sofa. A south-west facing balcony offers you a beautiful view over the resort and towards Morzine.
In the center of Avoriaz and near the appartment you will find two supermarkets, a cinema, an ice rink, the ESF children's village, the ski lifts, a bakery, many ski and clothing stores, bars and many restaurants. When leaving the building, you can reach the Promenade du Festival, the street below with all the shops, by turning: - left then take the elevator in the Snow building - right, walking 50m, then left, taking the escalator.
