It is located opposite Royan in Gironde, a very famous resort. The house is very cozy and well equipped. It has a pool in the fenced garden for splashing and cooling on hot summer days. From the kitchen-living room a door leads to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. There is also a covered area where you can dine al fresco in style. On the nearby lakes Hourtin and Lacanau you can sail and windsurf well.
