Situated in a 4,000 m² very beautiful garden with centenary trees, garden furniture and a barbecue, it overlooks a gently rolling Knick landscape. Thoroughly renovated in 2005, this vacation property, which can accommodate 16 vacationers, features a successful blend of tradition and modernity as well as a very high level of comfort. Each bedroom of this house is spacious and cozy and has its own en suite bathroom. Mortain and its surroundings offer a wide range of leisure and activity possibilities: Parc de Bellefontaine, the village of potters and its pottery museum, the windmills in the valley of the Sée, the disused railroad line of Mortain for walks, the Fosse Arthour, a deep gorge carved into rocks, and flea and antique markets. The property is also a convenient base for excursions to Mont-Saint-Michel, the Anglo-Norman islands, or the renowned beaches near Granville. Pets brought along are not allowed on the upper floors. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
