Gîte of 170 m² on one level, large living room with fireplace and large bay windows, opening onto a west-facing terrace, large equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (flexible sleeping: 4 beds 90 or 2x180, each with its own Italian shower room and its own toilet) 1 sleeping area (sleeping 1 bed of 90) and its Italian shower room and its own toilet. The beds are made on arrival. Guests are requested to unmake the beds and fold the sheets at the end of the stay. Bath and pool towels are not provided. Electric heating in winter (consumption on meter reading). Interior courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Gîte near gite 3202. Shared swimming pool reserved for the occupants only (no guests) of the 2 gîtes as well as for the owners from June to the end of September depending on the weather. The gîte has a large mown field (football, badminton, molkky) on the kitchen side. The winegrower's house will offer you a haven of tranquility. You may be surprised to see a squirrel, looking up you will witness the flight of kestrels, and see a doe and her young passing from one wood to another.
