## The space Single storey house, very pleasant to live in. A modern and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge freezer, an oven, an induction hob, a microwave and a dishwasher. A large living room including a lounge (sofa, armchair, smart TV) and a dining room 2 bedrooms with double bed each, including 1 with an individual bathroom with washbasin and shower. A 3rd smaller one, ideal for children with an extendable bed. A second independent bathroom. A small laundry room with a washing machine Outdoor furniture ## Guest access 18 Rue du Port Haliguen.

## The neighborhood In the heart of Quiberon, renovated detached town house (100m2) bright and very well equipped. Perfect for 5-6 people with two wooden terraces, one of which is over 30m2. One or even two parking spaces available. The shops in the city center are less than 100m and the SNCF station less than 200m. The large beach is 500m away; the bay and the wild coast just a little further. Everything is within walking distance. We are 100 meters from the center. quiet area in winter as in summer.
