Property information

All reservations imply acceptance of the following conditions: No smoking in the flat. Any smell of tobacco on your departure will result in additional charges. In order to ensure the safety of the building, you must not, under any circumstances, accommodate extra people. We ask you to respect the premises and it is forbidden to move furniture during your stay. You agree to take out civil liability insurance to cover any damage occurring during your stay, and you may be asked to provide a valid insurance certificate. In the event of loss of building or flat entrance keys, you will be billed at the current rate for repairing or opening the door or for any related damage. For the respect of the building's occupants, please be careful not to make any noise at any time, particularly between 7pm and 9am. All festive gatherings and noise disturbances are prohibited and will be reported to the police. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the cancellation of your stay.
