Our house is conveniently located between the Remparts, the Citadel, the Abbey Saint Sauve and downtown.
The large windows that adorn the facade offer a great and beautiful light in the house.
All areas of the house are very Large and easily communicate between.
Our cottage has been completely renovated and insulated.
Everything is new, well equipped and the latest technology.
Quiet and comfort await you.
The very retro decor that matches the age of the house: 1950.
Our cottage is located in the historic district of Montreuil sur mer: Cavée Saint-Firmin that plunges the upper town to the old road of Paris, already in the nineteenth century, charming one found to the point that many painters school of Montreuil have immortalized (Thaulow, Gore, Cazin ...). It focuses on the panorama, bucolic desire, before mingling with the many tourists who flock here all year.
