We are in an idyllic position, tranquil but far from remote, surrounded by fields of wheat, corn, maize or whatever the farmers decides on for that year, each year is different. Rest Huella consists of 2 holiday homes and the small property in which we the owners live, here to help if needed but discreet if not.

We discovered Rest Huella 28 years ago and although it was then a rundown ruin, we could see the potential and above all we fell in love with the area it was in.... countryside, close to the pretty village, near the river, in a calm location, we knew it was where we wanted to be, so after buying it, which wasn't without problems! with lots of to-ing and fro-ing we set about restoring it. 15 years ago we finally moved over to put the finishing touches and carry out our dream of running our small holiday complex. We moved from Cornwall and found a lot of similarities between the two, just even more peaceful, less traffic, less crowded and every bit as picturesque.
