The apartment, 25m2, redesigned recently is composed of a sleeping room for 3 persons (1 single bed up and 1 double bed down) with storage space. A bathroom with a shower, a piece of furniture with basin, a dry towel and toilet. A corridor to a living room (15m2) split in 2 spaces: a sleeping area (1 double bed 140x190) and a fully equipped kitchen area with 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 stools, mini oven, 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a microwave, a raclette, a fondue, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a TV... From this place, youhave access to a Balcony with a beautiful view of "le Mont Joly". A ski room is located in the basement of the residence. You will pick up and give back the keys directly on the main door with the keybox KEY POINTS ! Sheets and towels are well provided. Board games, wifi and Netflix connexion are available in the apartment. Pets are not accepted. Please, smoking is tolerated on the balcony only. We ask you to leave the apartment clean for future tenants.
I offer you my rental accommodation all year round to allow you to fully enjoy the region and the activities on offer. The accommodation has been tastefully decorated and furnished. You will have a pleasant stay ... I am sure! See you soon
A charming studio flat of 4/5 persons in a 24m2 area, including a balcony. It is located at the 1st floor of a residence based in Hameaux du Lay area in "Les Contamines Monjoie" resort, a very family resort. You will stay in front of the Gondola "Montjoie" giving you acces to the ski area. Free parking, shops, bars and ski rentals around the apartment. you can go to the village centre by foot or in a free shuttle. Leisure arc of Ponted and cross-country ski stadium/Biathlon at 300m
