Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 80 m² single-storey house, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, shower room and 450 m² garden. The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with TV sofa, fireplace (wood not supplied) - A dining area to enjoy a meal together - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1 : double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2 : two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A 450 m² enclosed garden with trees and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A south-facing terrace in front of the house and a west-facing terrace on the side. The two French windows in the living room open onto the terraces. Other comments : - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not supplied. For winter rentals, the first fire will be provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen included, towels not provided. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. The house is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant and quiet setting, 1 km from the village with its various shops (bakery, delicatessen, bar, etc.), supermarket 4 km away and seasonal market nearby.
