Meet the faces behind La Chouette d'Or: Thomas, Maxime, and Yanis. Childhood friends, we've combined our strengths and passion for hospitality to create unique living spaces. We've designed each apartment by putting ourselves in the shoes of travelers, as if we were the ones coming to enjoy all that Dijon has to offer.

Center town, close to the place of the liberation and the trade, "la chouette d'or" profits of an apartment of 80m2 with Sauna and Parking for 4 people and a studio for two people. Located in a beautiful old building they benefit from a warm atmosphere. - In the BASEMENT OF THE 80m2 APARTMENT, a very large master suite with the charm of the Burgundy cellars is equipped with a shower room with infrared sauna. You will enjoy a real moment of relaxation. The main room has a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable convertible sofa. - The STUDIO is equipped with a bed 160cm, has a separate kitchen and has a washer dryer, a dining area and a TV connected to Netflix. Particular care has been taken in the decoration and the equipment of the apartments so that you can feel as comfortable as possible. All equipment is provided: bed linen and bath, shampoo, shower gel, Nespresso coffe, tea, essential products in the kitchen and laundry room... Security deposit To preserve the quality of the accommodation for all guests, a 500 euros security deposit is required for every booking. A pre-authorisation (card hold) for this amount will be placed on your credit card 7 days before arrival — no charge is taken at this stage. If no damage is noted at check-out, the pre-authorisation is automatically released no later than 7 days after departure. You will receive, via Booking messaging, a secure link to the Swikly platform to complete this pre-authorisation by entering your credit card details. Secure parking (optional) For peace of mind, we can reserve, on request and subject to availability, a space in a secure outdoor car park. Rates: 25 euros for 1–2 nights; 45 euros for stays of 3 nights or more.

The ideal location of the apartment will allow you to do everything in town on foot. You will be in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Dijon, in a beautiful old building. Close to all the shops and restaurants of the city center.
