公司簡介
Who has never dreamed of changing their life, their home, their work, everything?
Was it an irresistible impulsion for us, or a well-considered project? Difficult to say. A bit of both if we’re honest… We were walking together in the countryside near Brussels:
- We had just returned from the Perigord and we had seen a magnificent property.
- It’s funny, we had just been talking about opening a bed & breakfast in a few years…
- Why don’t we do it?
- Together, the four of us.
- Right now!
A year and a half later, after countless hours’ discussion, 50 properties visited and 140 Mb of Excel sheets, we became – with pen in hand and knot in stomach – the proud owners of La Closerie de Baneuil.
Sure, we have had moments of doubt. What about the kids? And our house, friends and family? And quit our jobs, just like that? But all these challenges made us even more determined to go ahead and develop our project.
Today, whatever the time of day and wherever we cast our eye, we are totally taken by the charm and magic of La Closerie de Baneuil.
It is a place where we are so happy to have started our new life. We can’t wait to meet you and share it with you.

It’s difficult to summarise in a few lines the infinite possibilities gifted by this region. We will be happy to help you plan your holiday to suit your preferences, but here are a few things you really should see and do:
- See the work of prehistoric man at Lascaux;
- re-live the medieval era in Sarlat, Bergerac, the bastide towns or one of the thousand chateaus scattered across Dordogne;
- plunge (literally) down the Dordogne or Vézère river in a canoe or kayak;
- if you love food, don’t miss the famous Perigord street markets;
- wine lover? You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the quality of local Bergerac wines. Then treat yourself to a tasting of sweet dessert wine at Monbazillac, or even a St-Emillion (only an hour away by car);
- If you’re more of an outdoor type, the region offers a multitude of foot paths, bridle tracks and motorbike trails;
- And if golf is your passion, there are several courses near La Closerie.
