This beautiful NICOISE Duplex apartment is set in the heart of NICE, close to the beach, Old Town and Port. Recently refurbished to the highest standard, very light and spacious. The Building is ultra-secure with two heavy double doors before entering the apartment. The kitchen has everything one could possibly wish for and if anything that you find you are missing. I am happy to accommodate. The bathroom, with bath and power shower, 2 sinks and of course (2) toilets provide all you need. GUEST ACCESS : You can have an earlier check in or later check out for a small payment, paid in cash on arrival Thank you I have upgraded the Air Conditioning, installing new units in January 2025 for your comfort.
After 23 years of living in Tokyo, I am super happy to live in such a unique place as is NICE. I enjoy taking care of LA GARIBALDI and meeting and assisting my guests as much as they wish. I also work for the NICE Tourist Office as a volunteer so I am happy to pass on to my guests, tips which I pick up from the NTO. I am very happy to share my knowledge of NICE and special places of interest which are not necessarily on the Tourist path. Je serais ravie de vous accueillir. Vous venez de loin ou vous etes locaux - l'appartement vous attend. Grace a son excellente situation il vous permet découvrir NICE facilement. Je parles Anglais, et Francais. Rassurez-vous que j'applique les mesures sanitaires toujours et surtout suite a la pandémie. Il sera preferable qu'on portera le masque quand on se rencontre A très vite !
Place Garibaldi area is fabulous. It is in the heart of NICE and easy access to the Port and of course the Old Town. The Promenade de Paillion Park is 5 minutes away and the PLACE GARIBALDI is full of fun restaurants and bars, with the FLEA Market too on Saturdays and a flow of musical events, it is my favourite part of NICE. The Tram Line ONE and Tram Line Two are 5 minutes walk from the flat. Tram line TWO goes direct to the airport in 30 minutes. Tram Line ONE goes to NICE RAILWAY STATION (10 minutes) Each travel only costs Euro 1.70
