La Loubière is located in the village of Cessenon sur Orb. The Gite was formerly a stable and part of a wine distillery which we have converted into living quarters consisting of one bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen living room area. We have a comfortable king-size bed in the bedroom and an equally comfortable sofa bed. The gîte has a bathroom with a shower, toiletries, and towels. We welcome children from 10/11 years old. There is free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV provided. La Loubière has gated off road parking for cars, motorbikes, and bikes. We also offer electric car charging service onsite. There is an outside patio area where guests can relax and enjoy themselves.
Cessenon has been our home for a few years now and we are learning a lot about the area, with the beautiful places to swim, walk, cycle and drive around in. We’ve fallen in love with the many scenic walking, cycling, and driving routes nearby, as well as the local events and rich array of places to explore.
La Loubière – Gite, is situated in the heart of Cessenon-sur-Orb, Herault. Although in the centre of the village it has a tranquil atmosphere. It is a very short walking distance to the river Orb and the local amenities, including a small supermarket just a minute’s walk away, a post office, two bakeries, and three bar/restaurants, with a few more open during the summer months. There are also several other small shops to explore. A small market takes place every Saturday in the village square, while a larger, bustling market is held just 10 minutes away in Saint-Chinian every Sunday. La Loubière, is within easy access to finding your way around for those who enjoy walking, cycling and nature. English (spoken fluently) French (moderately)
