Villa "La Louisière" is a single-storey house in Les Issambres, offering an exceptional sea view near the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, surrounded by greenery. The 150 m² house features a spacious living room with a sitting area and dining area by the fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room. There are four bedrooms, including a master suite, a bathroom, two toilets, and an outdoor shower. The villa has been completely renovated with new bedding, modern appliances, indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as a large TV screen. It is air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a baby bed. The villa opens onto a large terrace around the private pool overlooking the sea, and a garden of about 1500 m² with aromatic plants.
