Welcome to my little town center house! Hope you will feel good there. I am at your disposal so that you have the best possible stay in Clermont.

Property information

Pretty little town house in a quiet courtyard in the city center. It has a large living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. High speed Internet with Wifi. A few steps from Place de Jaude and the historic center, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the city and its surroundings. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Private parking space 100m from the house (narrow space, maximum height 1,9m). Underground parking nearby. Trammay and bus 2 steps away. No A/C

Neighbourhood information

Very pleasant area with many shops (Biocoop and Carrefour city just opposite, delicious bakery 100m), shops and restaurants. Right next to the Place de Jaude, the real heart of the city Bus in the street, Trammway 200 m Parking possible in the street (paying) Underground parking (Vercingétorix) at 350m
