"La Maison l'Oliveraie offers self-catering accommodation with free private parking. The room is non-smoking, equipped with a queen size bed 160 x 200 cm of superior quality. This quiet and spacious accommodation is a guest room suite of 34m 2, carefully decorated, which has a private shower room , with separate toilet, a dressing room, a seating area/ office, a private terrace. On sunny days, the terrace is the ideal place to have breakfast. This air-conditioned accommodation opens onto the shaded park with views of the pool. Toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, courtesy tray, free high-speed WIFI connection, flat screen TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. Bed & Breakfast, breakfast is offered on option (payment on site). However, for your comfort and more flexibility, you have in the room a coffee maker, a kettle, an espresso machine and a toaster. Our house is in the heart of an old olive grove and a sunny park. It gives off a warm atmosphere, a feeling of well-being, an invitation to the idleness of a holiday home, brought thanks to the choice of materials, decoration with Mediterranean colors and natural fabrics. Several spaces are available: swimming pool and its shaded terrace, petanque court, large garden with trees, your private terrace. In an increasingly ecological and environmentally friendly objective, a number of measures (reduction and management of waste, water consumption) have been implemented (no single-use plastic,...)
You can go for a walk or bike ride from the property, relax in the garden, at the swimming pool or play pétanque. Many hikes are also accessible in the nearby surroundings. Located near Montpellier, Nîmes and La Grande Motte Beach, in Occitanie, near the Zénith Sud Montpellier, you will have all amenities within 10 minutes (supermarkets, gas stations, banks, hairdressers, etc.).
