Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of L'Haÿ-les-Roses, this charming flat of a surface of 86 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 34 m², an open kitchen equipped, three beautiful bedrooms, one with bathroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy two private balconies and a common garden of about 500 m². Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A 34 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with en-suite shower and washbasin. - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 3: two single beds. - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. Outside : - Two balconies, one facing east and the second facing west of 6 and 12 m², to enjoy the beautiful days. - A well-maintained garden with trees shared by the occupants of approximately 500 m² with benches in the shade. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are included. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.

You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Grand Parc de L'Haÿ les Roses opposite with the Roseraie.
