T2 apartment located on the ground floor, in a small building, with reserved parking space in the courtyard of the building. Located 5 minutes walk from the city center and as much from the train station. Charming apartment of 32 m2 A bedroom with a 160 bed Sofa bed convertible into 140 rapido system with real mattress TV with FREE bouquet FREE internet access Fitted kitchen in living room microwave electric cooking plates Saucepans, frying pans, colander ... Complete tableware Fridge Bar table and 4 high chairs Low table Espresso machine (with capsules provided) Tea-pot Bed linen + towels provided Shower bathroom Parking in private courtyard This accommodation is only intended to welcome travelers and is not inhabited all year round. Possibility to book another airbnb for a couple of friends right next to it. Ask us. The accommodation is located in a quiet area away from traffic, close to restaurants and the city's attractions, all very easily accessible on foot in a few minutes.

I am discreet but I remain available for my travelers if necessary Since we live in Beaune, we can remain at your disposal throughout your stay in case of problems. A security deposit will be requested and returned at the end of the rental.
The accommodation is located in a quiet area away from traffic, close to restaurants and the city's attractions, all very easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The private parking space is an asset, all locations in the city are chargeable. 5 minutes walk from the train station 5 minutes from downtown Beaune To get there : Exit 24.1 (Beaune center - Beaune hospices) located 6 minutes from the accommodation or 24 (Beaune St Nicolas) 10 minutes from the accommodation.
