This is light airey French Gite modern yet capturing its French heritage with tiled flooring to the main living space, kitchen and utility area with separate cloak room. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms one en-suite with views overlooking the grounds 2 acres and surrounding agricultural area. In the main living area is a fully working wood burning stove great for a cosy night in. The farmer currently shares our land so don't be surprised when you see the odd chicken or goose. We are set in an area of Normandy which was occupied in the war and to that end there are lots of historical areas, 45 minutes from the beach, whilst also being on close proximity to the landing beaches. We are 50 minutes away from St Mont Michel a must visit location which is the 2nd most visited place after the Eiffel Tower. Our village has the Marie and the Boulangerie which is a five minute drive away or 20 minute walk.
