Set in the beautiful Touraine countryside, the house is a former wine-growing property (called "La Vigneronne") built in 1894 in the typical tuffeau stone. It has been completely refurbished to provide an authentic setting for a stay in Touraine. The house can accomodate 4 people and boasts antique and contemporary furniture. It is not possible to recharge electric vehicles batteries, but dedicated systems are available in the town center (only 2 minutes walk).
La Vigneronne is located in Saint Georges sur Cher an ideal place for visiting the numerous and wonderful castles of the Loire and Cher Valleys. Please note that shops are closed on sundays afternoons and mondays in Saint Georges. Shops and super markets are however open in Montrichard and in Amboise where you will also find numerous restaurants.
