Between lake and mountains, beautiful 50 sqm/ 538 sqft rental, situated near Lake Annecy, in the hamlet of Rovagny, in the commune of Talloires-Montmin. Ideal for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people max. 1 bedroom + 1 living room (sofa bed) + fully equipped kitchen + 1 private balcony-terrace. Apartment refurbished in 2019. Located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse also completely renovated. Facing due west, with a partial view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Last hamlet before the pass of La Forclaz, Rovagny is a haven of peace overlooking the lake (800 meters above sea level). You will be located 10' drive from the lake and the shops of Talloires and Menthon-Saint-Bernard, and 25' from Annecy.
Ideal location to enjoy the many activities in the region: - Lake and nautical activities (10') - Paragliding (5') - Golf(s) (15') - Ski (30') - Mountain biking, mountain activities - Tour de France passes - Multiple historical and cultural sites - Rest and contemplation - Savoyard gastronomy
