Cocoonr B&P offers you this bright, quiet apartment in the heart of Nancy city center, right next to the tramway, 2 minutes from the famous Place Stanislas, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Opera, the Nancy Museum and the Parc de la Pépinière. The Bailly, classified 3*, consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room and TV area, a separate kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower. Access to a private courtyard of 13 m² exposed south-east, with trees, pleasant and cool in summer. It allows to secure a bicycle if needed. Sheets and towels included. Wifi offered. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels are included - Cot with real mattress (fitted sheets provided) and high chair available on request : 10 euros / stay - The apartment has a wifi connection and English adapter - Pets are not allowed
