Stay at Saint-Brieuc, close to the Légué port, center of Saint-Brieuc's city life ! Our flat is clear, modern and provides all the equipments you will need. You'll enjoy its atmosphere and king-size bed! In 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the city or to the Légué Port. You'll also have a close access to beaches, hospitals and all shops. 4 persons can stay here (a double king-size bed 180x200cm and a sofa that can be converted in a confortable double bed 120*180cm in the living room). In order to ensure you have a happy stay at the Balcon du Gouët, we provide : - A all included kitchen (fridge, owen, microwave, ceramic hob, dish for 4 persons, ketle, toaster...) ; - A dining room for 4 persons ; - A cosy and sunny living room : sofa, table, chair, television ; - All that you need to work : USB, RJ45, W-Fi ; - a confortable double king-size bed 180x200cm ; - a dressing ; - towels and bedding are provided

We are a family that loves to travel, discover new countries and new cities. We also love Brittany, our region. It is therefore only natural that we offer a house to all those who wish to spend a few days or a few weeks in our beautiful city of Saint-Brieuc. We look forward to seeing you soon!

The flat is ideally located between the city center of Saint-Brieuc and the port of Legué, center of Saint-Brieuc's life. Both the port and the city centre are within walking distance, and you will also have acces to the Plérin clinic, the seaside resorts of the Rosaires and Saint-Laurent. Shops, restaurants, walking places... everything is nearby! The place is ideal to radiate in the bay of Saint-Brieuc and beyond in Brittany, with several quick access to national roads. The port of Le Légué is a beautiful place of life where are concentrated restaurants, shops and cafes that promise unforgettable moments. From the snack bar to the Star Restaurant, you’ll find your feet on the ground! Free parking is available at the foot of the house. The port of Le Légué and its walks are within walking distance. The bus network is 100 metres away. Free parking is available on the street.
