New cottage reserved for rent in a quiet heated pool from June to late September or more depending on the weather.   Located 5 minutes drive from Disney-RER-TGV station. Public transport nearby, Paris 35 minutes by RER and 25 minutes by car. Direct access on foot to the park with small lake. QUALITY BENEFITS: The cottage consists of a living room with a comfortable 2 seater sofa rapido type, an open kitchen with a large bay window overlooking the terrace and swimming pool all wood (type swimming lane 9.5 x 2.70 meters) , a bathroom and a room with a bed 2 places 160cms. Quality electric heating in all rooms, heated towel rails. 2 USB jacks in the bedroom and 2 USB jacks in the kitchen. Wifi, TV. The kitchen is equipped with 2 induction hobs, microwave oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator. At disposal a cot. Wood terrace with garden furniture. Outdoor parking space in front of the house. Possibility to store your bikes outside. BEAUTIFUL CHALET PLEASANT IN SUMMER AS IN WINTER! PLUS: nature within reach of Disney and Paris.
I am friendly, friendly, sporty. I like to share, exchange ... At your disposal for any information, I was born in Paris and I know well the region and Paris and I could advise you for your cultural outings, sports .... Have a nice stay at the lake cottage!
A 5 minute walk you will find some shops: bakery, pizza express, pharmacy, supermarket and a bus stop to Disney, TVG, RER, shuttle to airports. The center of the village is less than one kilometer. You will be in peace with VUE on the swimming pool and a park with 10 meters. I recommend the bike ride on the banks of the Marne, bike rental is free in Lagny sur Marne (5 minutes by car) via the tourist office. You will find 3 golf courses within 5 kms. Visit the Château de Vaux le Vicomte (Little Versailles) 20 minutes by car, with its wonderful Christmas decoration from 24 November. DO NOT MISS !!! And PARIS, of course!
