Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, this charming 65 m² flat (T2 bis) for rent, with a ski station within walking distance and a swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows - A 23 m² living room with TV, sofa (convertible sofa bed) - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee maker/espresso machine... - Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm double bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers - Bedroom 2: 140x200 cm sofa bed, with closet and no window - Bathroom with shower and toilet Outside : - Heated, covered communal swimming pool (5x7m), equipped with changing rooms and showers. Open from April 1 to September 30 (Opening dates non-contractual). Opening times: 9am-8pm non-stop Other notes: - The flat's second bedroom has no window, but a glass door. - Free WiFi available - Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a supplement of 10 euros per pet (1 pet maximum) - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
