Welcome to Le Clos des Archers. In the heart of Perigord, only 8 minutes from the historical center of Bergerac and the banks of the Dordogne, our house of Perigord style, with swimming pool, nestled in 5 hectares of a charming forest, offers a warm and family welcome. An atmosphere and an ideal destination for the whole family for a holiday or a small week-end. It is an ideal starting point to discover the treasures of our beautiful region. You will fall under the charm of the richness of its cultural and historical heritage. All the year, we welcome you in our 5 rooms including a family suite any confort, each equipped with a bathroom and wc privative. Our rates include a hearty breakfast with breads, home-made cakes and jams, fruit juices and hot drinks at will to start the day well. It is served in our dining room. We propose the table d'hôtes in the evening only and by reservation. We serve the traditional and regional home-made meals at the unique price of 22 euros/adult (aperitif and drinks included) and 12 euros/child (up to 10 years) taken in common around the family table.

At beautiful season (from April to the end of Sep tember) we also offer to live in the time of gentes ladies and valiant knights ! You can spend one or more nights in a comfortable medieval tent, in the middle of a camp with the necessary equipment to make your pittance (tables, benches, dishes, tripods...) Our tents with medieval beds of wood, can accomodate 2 to 4 people.A place for your ablutions will be at your disposal. Discovery of the medieval archery, its games and mini-competitions :-)

Discover the leisure activities at Le Clos des Archers and excursions in the surroundings : Relax quiet by our simming pool, Sunbathe in the garden, Have a drink in a large garden with furnitures and shaded places... On the banks of the Dordogne river, you will practice swimming, canoe... or discover Prehistoric sites such as Lascaux, Le Musée de la Préhistoire aux Eyzies, La Roque St Christophe, La Grotte du Roc de Cazelle… Visit Towns, villages and their typical markets (Bergerac, Monpazier, Sarlat...) You will also appreciate the Perigourdine gastronomy(its confits, foies gras and other typical regional dishes while tasting its wine (always in moderation).
