Accommodation This gite is set up to host 6 to 8 people in a particularly charming setting with a typical Périgord long house style. With its exposed beams, surrounded by terraces, its plunge pool where you can admire the sunset while sipping an aperitif, and its garden filled with fruit trees, you can create extraordinary memories for yourself, your family, and your friends. Let’s explore it: - Living Room 72m²: - Composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, which in turn is open to the lounge with its wood stove. - Kitchen description: dishwasher, electric cooker, toaster, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, and a multitude of small appliances as well as all the necessary dining ware for your stay. - Dining room description: a large table accommodating 8 people, wood stove. - Lounge description: a sofa for 5 people, 2 armchairs, board games, a connected TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a desk, and a bookshelf. - Bedroom 1 and bathroom: 16 m², comprising a bunk bed for 3 people. One of them lets you admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in the region over the valley of the estate from the swimming pool (4m50*2.50m). The charming garden of about 50 acres, overflowing with fruit trees, will give you the opportunity to engage in numerous outdoor activities (badminton, football, ping-pong…).
