Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to come and enjoy the invigorating air of the Savoie in this beautiful newly refurbished top floor triplex apartment (no lift) with stunning mountain views. This flat can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It has a very bright living room with open kitchen, a balcony where you can enjoy a delicious meal and its unobstructed view, the second floor serves a bathroom and a bedroom facing the mountain without opposite, on the third floor you will find a mezzanine under the roof with beds. For tennis lovers, the residence has a tennis court available to the tenant. This flat is perfect for going to the ski slopes in winter and hiking in summer! Sheets and towels are extra. Other remarks : - A private, enclosed car park under the residence's tennis court (4x4 parking possible), with a single private space. The car park is limited to a height of around 2 metres, so a vehicle with a roof box cannot park there. - High chair available in accommodation - The accommodation does not have a lift - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Pets accepted on request, please specify when booking. Only one small pet allowed - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - High quality 4G network To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (advertisement and reservation management service) and Eva des Savoies Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).

The area is very quiet and surrounded by mountains. The tennis court of the residence allows you to play in a magnificent setting. The accommodation is located in a beautiful mountain valley at the crossroads of the Aravis and Beaufortain mountains. View of the Mont Blanc at 10 minutes walk. Close to all amenities, 10 minutes walk from the village of St Nicolas de la Chapelle and the village of Flumet where you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery... You can also go to the cheese cooperative of Val d'Arly 5 mn by car near the slopes. Activities : In winter - Downhill skiing (Val d'Arly/Espace diamant ski area with 192 km of runs in total) 5 minutes away by car or by Skibus at the bottom of the residence. The nearest chairlift is at Les Evettes. You can also go to the ski area of Megève and La Giettaz at 15 mn by car. - Cross country skiing in Praz sur Arly or Les Saisies. - Ski Joering (on horseback) in Flumet. - Toboggan run. - Snowshoeing routes all around. - Ski touring. In summer -Private tennis court with free access. - Flumet lake at 10 mn walk for swimming. - Numerous mountain hikes. - Mountain bike or electric bike routes all around. - Paragliding, climbing.
