In the commune of Bernières-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 25 m² studio apartment with sea view, approx. 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and fully renovated, it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you! The studio is very bright, light and airy, so you'll discover a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment is composed as follows - A 21 m² living room with TV, a double bed (140×190) and a 1-seater fold-out sofa. - A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, hob... - Dining area with table and chairs - A shower room equipped with VMC with shower, bathroom sink and WC Exterior: - A 200 m² south-facing, enclosed garden with greenery is the ideal place to enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet. The garden is shared with the condominiums and features a table and 4 chairs for enjoying the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
