Close to restaurant, bar, Pathé Vaise cinema complex, bakery, highway (car rally simulation), or a walk along the Saône. The apartment is composed as follows: - an entrance with storage cupboards and wardrobe. - A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster... - A first bedroom, facing the street, very well soundproofed, and a wardrobe. - A spacious bathroom, with double basin, wc, shower. - A second large bedroom, overlooking the garden area, also with a wardrobe. - A living room with a sofa, meridian, television, internet, and a small office area. This also overlooks the garden area. - A garden accessible from the bedroom or the living room, with a shaded area, sofas and table to enjoy sipping an aperitif. - If you come by car, you can park your car in the garage that links this apartment (an electric vehicle charging station is available in the garage if you wish to recharge your electric car). 4* hotel quality sheets and towels are provided, as well as kitchen towels, bath mats and some hospitality products. The beds are made upon your arrival: all you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay in the accommodation. Wifi access is free.
