Cocoonr Agency offers you to discover the natural beauty of the Golfe du Morbihan with our flat in the heart of the town of Sarzeau on the Rhuys peninsula. This beautiful 93 m² flat is located in a recently built luxury residence. We've thought of everything so you can enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family or friends! The flat comprises : - 25 m² living room with TV, Wi-Fi - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds - Bedroom 2 with 1 bunk bed - Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Two bathrooms with shower - Separate WC Exterior: - A balcony, a lovely terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Please note that the balcony, which has garden furniture, overlooks the city's cemetery. - Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Self check-in required: Access to the accommodation is possible from 4:00 PM. Keys can be collected from a secure Keycafe locker located at the back of the Cocoonr Presqu’île de Rhuys agency, approximately 10 minutes from the accommodation.

The location is ideal for visiting Sarzeau, as everything can be done on foot, and you can enjoy the weekly markets just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, the flat has 2 underground parking spaces, accessible only to small city cars. Located less than 10 minutes' drive from several very pleasant beaches.
