Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room (with shower). WiFi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Air-conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside area : - A shared heated swimming pool, open from May to October (Non-contractual opening dates, subject to change). - An 8 m² south-east-facing balcony, with furniture to make the most of the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - A parent is responsible for all children swimming. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
