Guests will find their natural pace to float around the flower filled gardens, calming river bank and terraces, and are encouraged to enjoy the flow of activities as they present themselves: croquet, lawn tennis, archery, trout fishing, table tennis, canoeing or swimming in the cool clear waters of the Célé.

My name is Deirdre and I live in the beautiful North-West of Ireland on the Wild Atlantic Way. My previous title was ‘Happy Hotelier’ - whereby I owned and managed the award wining Harvey’s Point together with my husband Marc. Having sold our beloved hotel in 2019, we have followed our dream of owning a special place in France. We are truly excited to be new owners of Le Moulin. Our vision is to offer a unique and private holiday experience for guests who enjoy luxury combined with homely charm - traditional French décor blended with modern conveniences to five star standard. Together with our team, we hope to build Le Moulin brand so that it is synonymous with quality and exceptional customer service. We are very excited to be writing the next chapter of Le Moulin story. Le Moulin sits proudly on the banks of the river Célé in its own valley known locally as ‘La Vallée du Paradis’. Surrounding the property is the dramatic National Park of Causses du Quercy, an area covering 185,000 hectres and boasting some of the most beautiful countryside in all of Europe. The Célé valley evokes a feeling of wild mystery; castles on the cliffs and ancient landmarks wait to be discovered only minutes from Le Moulin. The gentle flow of the Célé river, running through the eastern end of the property, has provided a sheltered, bountiful environment teeming with wildlife for thousands of years. Our early neighbours even had the time to paint magnificent limestone cave images at Pech Merle, dating back to 25,000 BC and only a 15 minute drive down the Célé valley.
