The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers, in Céret, this charming apartment with sight on the mountain, with swimming pool, of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accommodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor in a quiet residence, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m². The accommodation is composed as follows : - A living room of 25 m² with sofa, TV, dining area - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates... - A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), private living room with a sofa bed, cupboards, TV - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower - A shower room with shower - A separate toilet Exterior: - A private unheated swimming pool (3mx 6mx 1m) with a solar-powered shutter for the safety of children. The pool is open between June and September (dates not contractual). - A private and closed terrace of 25 m², exposed south west, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for travelers during their stay. Owners are not on the premises - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (fiber optic) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent - The opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged. - It is strictly forbidden to reload electric vehicles.
