The 15th-century renovated seigneury, which belonged to the philosopher René Descartes, offers 16 rooms, a restaurant, a garden an outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September. The town of Châtellerault is a 12-minute drive away. Each of the individually decorated rooms has a large flat-screen TV. Most of the rooms and suites offer free WiFi access. Some rooms feature exposed beams and stone walls. A catering service is available for guests from 6 pm to 8.15 pm, Monday to Saturday. You can enjoy sharing boards of local produce, as well as dishes such as salads, fish and chips, beef tartare, and homemade desserts. Reservations can be made before 1 pm on the same day, subject to availability. We don't serve lunch. Reception is open from 15:30 to 21:30 from monday to saturday (during the high season) Please note that the reception and restaurant are closed on Sundays (self check-in). Animals are allowed in the hotel for an extra charge of €12, but not in the restaurant or swimming pool terrace. The Futuroscope Theme Park is located just a 25-minute drive away. Free public parking is available, you can charge your electrical vehicle in our charging station.
