"Le Francis" is a very pleasant place to stay, ensuring you have the best possible time in Nice. It is located in the popular Riquier/Port district, close to transport links (train, bus, tram), supermarkets, restaurants, and other areas of Nice. Completely renovated and equipped for your comfort, you’ll find a beautiful living room, an open kitchen with all the necessary appliances, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and closets, and a modern shower room opening onto a small balcony. It is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 5 thanks to the sofa bed. Air conditioning is also available for hot summer days!

The apartment is located a stone's throw from Riquier Station. It is also a 10-minute walk from the Port and Place du Pin, and a 13-minute walk from Place Garibaldi. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and all public transportation.
