Le Rumain is situated in a quiet, rural setting on an area of 39,000 square metres and a neighbouring forest. The manoir (main house) with its pigeon tower was built in the 16th and 17th centuries. The studio/apartment and the two-bedroom flat are located in a separate building, each have their own entrance and are accessible via a garden/courtyard. The studio/apartment (approx. 65 square metres) on the ground floor consists of a large room, a bathroom and can accommodate 2 people (1 x double bed 160 x 200 cm). There is a kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. for preparing your meals.
The studio has a pellet stove. The cost of the pellets is to be borne by the tenant.
Electricity of 15 kWh/day is included. The additional kWh consumed will be charged according to consumption (separate meter) with the usual electricity price at the time of consumption.
The flat (approx. 80 square metres) on the 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, an open kitchen with dining and living area, separate toilet and offers space for up to 4 people. The kitchen has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc. The heating runs on electricity.

There is seating and a barbecue in the communal garden/courtyard. Private car parking is available on site free of charge.
