Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you this holiday home located 2 hours from Paris and near Deauville. Between bucolic atmosphere and luxuriant nature, we promise you a rejuvenating stay! The house can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers thanks to its two bedrooms, its living room, its separate kitchen, its shower room, and its large private garden which surrounds the house. You will also be able to use the village's aquatic area, which will delight children and adults alike. Sheets and towels provided. See you soon! On the ground floor, the house is as follows: - Living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, dining area for 6 guests. - Separate fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, multi-function oven, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery... - Bedroom 1: a bunk bed (2 single beds 90 cm x 190 cm) and a single sofa bed which becomes a double bed when unfolded. - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm). - Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin, washing machine, hair dryer. - Separate toilet. Outside: - Large private garden of 273 m² that surrounds the house. The main plot in front of the house faces north-west, and is equipped with 2 dining tables (one for 6 people, the other for 4 people), parasol, plancha. - A garden shed where the garden furniture is located. Other remarks: - Pets accepted, for a supplement of 15e/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Pets are strictly forbidden in the swimming pool. - The wardrobe in room 2 is closed, so you will not have access to it. - Games available for children: board games, puzzles, skipping rope, crayons... - Bed linen and towels provided. Access to the aquatic areas is free for tenants. There is an indoor pool with a paddling pool, an outdoor pool called lagoon and a third, larger pool with a depth of 2 metres. The pools are open all year round, except from 24 November to 20 December.
