The Cocoonr agency propose you for the rent, Le Sémaphore, a house with a view over the Bay of Cancale. Thanks to the large windows throughout the house, you can see the sea and, depending on the weather, the islands of Chausey and Mont-Saint-Michel in the distance. This holiday home is ideal for getting together with family or friends, thanks to its large living areas, 3 double bedrooms and a dormitory room for up to 6 children. It also has 3 bathrooms for your comfort. It is composed as follows : Ground floor : - A large fully-equipped kitchen - Dining room with double lounge - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - Private bathroom: bath and shower, separate WC. First floor : - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - One bedroom with 6 single beds - 2 shower rooms with WC, numerous cupboards and storage space. Outside : - A very large wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, parasols... - A large garden - There is another set of garden furniture in front of the house, ideal for enjoying a little siesta in the shade with a sea view. Other comments: - Parties / loud music on the terrace are not permitted due to the proximity of the neighborhood and the naturally calm and relaxing environment. - Bed linen and towels included - Games and bicycles available in the garden - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and tidying dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the bins. A supplement of euros50 will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you. On your arrival, the beds will be made and towels provided, and everything will be done to ensure that you have a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood : Le Sémaphore enjoys an ideal location, in front of the sea and just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the Côte d'Emeraude. You can enjoy near the house (5 min by car) all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market in the market town of Cancale (on Sunday mornings). Activities : - The house is an ideal departure point for Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel. - Access to the wild coast with its most beautiful fine sandy beaches: the Saussaye beach 800m away, the Port Mer beach 900m away and the Verger beach. - The Pointe du Grouin is a fifteen-minute walk along the GR34. - You can sample the famous oysters at the Port de la Houle, a 10-minute drive away. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. There is space for 4 cars. Public transport : - Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 16 km away - Nearest airport: Pleurtuit 30 km away - Seasonal buses 100m away, at the end of the street crossing the road, take you to the beaches along the coast as far as Saint-Malo.
