The apartment comprises - A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A west-facing balcony of approx. 6 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days while contemplating this iconic view. Other notes : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
