Located on a pretty pedestrian street in Rennes, within a typical 18th-century building, Ty Baty perfectly combines comfort, charm, and authenticity. Carefully renovated, you’ll fall in love with its high ceilings, wooden floors, and decorative fireplaces. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests plus a baby. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, a lounge (with a sofa bed and mattress topper), and a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size Emma Hybrid bed. The double-glazed windows are new, and the curtains are blackout and insulated. The dual heating system radiators ensure optimal comfort. The open kitchen is fully equipped with: refrigerator, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (Nespresso boutique 200m away), mini oven/microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, and plenty of kitchen utensils. The apartment includes a highchair, travel crib, children’s cutlery, various games, and books. A Red Castle stroller is also available for rent. The bathroom, fully renovated in 2024, is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, and hairdryer. Upon arrival, the beds will be ready. We provide bed linen, towels, and kitchen cloths.
