Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 145 m² house in Peschadoires which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 90 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you! The south-facing accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 45 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dining table... - Laundry room with washing machine - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedrooms 1 and 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) with double sofa bed - Bedroom 4: two single beds - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. Only one pet per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
