Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to discover the Normandy coast by staying in this duplex ideally located near the beach and the town center of Courseulles-sur-Mer. With a surface area of 27 m², the apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children and is composed as follows: a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room and a balcony to enjoy an outdoor meal! Sheets and towels are extra. Parking space. Other remarks : - A numbered and private parking space at the bottom of the residence. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels available on request from the concierge, at an additional cost: double bed kit (sheets + towels for two people + tea towels): 22 euros ; single bed kit (sheets + towels for one person + tea towels): 17 euros - The stairs to the first floor are quite steep. - Small pets allowed on demand, for an additional fee of 15 e.
