Located on the 3rd floor, with a surface area of 30 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests, it consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. Sheets and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A spacious living room with a king-size bed (180x200), a retractable flat-screen TV, and a reading corner with a library - A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, toaster, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and more - A bathroom with a shower and toilet - A magnificent 17 m² terrace with a barbecue. On sunny days, you can relax and sip a drink while admiring the rooftops of Toulouse, all while enjoying the comfort of air conditioning!
