Located 3 minutes from the city center of Saintes, in a former wine and agricultural estate, our house of character offers you spacious, comfortable and well-equipped rooms to discover the region and have a good time. Our rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and separate toilet, a terrace as well as a free Wi-Fi connection, they are suitable for both tourist and professional customers traveling for short or long stays. For more comfort, free and secure parking as well as a seasonal outdoor swimming pool are at your disposal. We offer a continental breakfast for those who wish between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Our personalized welcome is open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., times that we can adapt according to your request. Our positioning makes you enjoy the calm of the place while having quick and easy access to all the amenities of the city. The green and rural setting surrounding the property offers a real moment of serenity
