It’s a 5 minute drive to the village where all the shops are. 25 minutes from Nice airport. 10 minute climb from the village to the lovely Old Mougins Village with amazing restaurants and art galleries. 20 minute drive to world famous Cannes Côte d’Azur. Quiet neighbourhood but close to all facilities. Please respect our home and lovely property and enjoy as your own. The amount of damage payable will be commensurate to the damage committed and not commensurate to the three hundred euros stipulated here.
